Financial Donations
Naomi’s Centre provides confidential, safe and secure services and resources.
Naomi’s Family Resource Centre is a lifeline for women aged 16 and older, with or without children, who are escaping violence or abuse. We provide confidential, safe, and secure emergency housing to support those experiencing physical, emotional, verbal, or sexual abuse, as well as harassment or threats. Our goal is to create a space where women and their families can begin to heal, rebuild, and reclaim their lives.
All of our services are free, confidential, and rooted in respect, dignity, and empowerment. Our services include temporary accommodation, nutritious meals, and essential necessities to meet immediate needs. Beyond shelter, we offer feminist-informed counselling, advocacy, accompaniment, and practical support. Our team works alongside women to help them explore their options, develop realistic plans, and take steps toward safety and independence.
Why Your Donation Matters
Your financial support enables Naomi’s Family Resource Centre to deliver life-changing programs and services to women and children in crisis. Donations allow us to address immediate needs, such as providing shelter, food, and counselling, while also sustaining long-term initiatives that promote safety and self-sufficiency.
Financial donations are the most flexible and impactful way to support our mission, giving us the ability to direct funds where they are needed most. Whether it’s providing emergency supplies, maintaining our facilities, or enhancing programs, your contribution directly helps women and their children begin a new chapter with hope and resilience.
Together, we can create a future where every woman and child can live free from violence and fear.
Thank you for making a difference.

Naomi’s Family Resource Centre would like to thank all those who have donated to Naomi’s Centre over the last year.
Due to the overwhelming generosity of the community and the lack of storage space, we are sorry to advise people that we are unable to accept used clothing or household items. We are however still in need of NEW items to use within the Shelter itself.
Listed below are items that we need the most. This list is updated regularly to reflect the changing seasons as well as the changing needs of the centre. You will notice that the list is organized by primary and secondary needs. The primary needs are those that are currently needed most and the secondary needs reflect items that may be out of season or less of a priority.
