You and Your Well Being Part 1
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to this support group and congratulate you on taking the steps toward personal growth. Throughout the six weeks we will discuss the following topics:
Week 1 – * Introduction of Well-Being and Self-Esteem
Week 2- * Self-affirming and Self-defeating thoughts
Week 3- * Assessing Assertiveness
Week 4- * Positive Qualities and Body Image
Week 5- * Moving forward – Exploring personal goals!
Week 6- * Review and Celebration
Together we will learn new skills to help increase positive experiences in our lives.
We will be there to support you the whole way!
